The price has been slashed because there haven’t been any offers, a broker told the New York Daily News.
The original price tag on the luxury town house overlooking the
Brooklyn Promenade was the highest ever posted for a Brooklyn home.The new sale price is still nearly double the most ever paid for a home in the borough, the Daily News reported.
The five-story, 8,000-square foot Brooklyn Heights home overlooks New York Harbor and has a media room, a gym and an elevator.
It was bought in 1999 for a mere $2 million.
