There’s a bunch of NYC folk who get together once a week at a dive bar in Hell’s Kitchen called Siberia to do some open mike stuff. Every once in a while they put up a later show for a larger audience. Now its available to download from their website. Check it out.
Not everything is gold but a lot of it is damn funny. In particular, make sure to check out Ashley Strand, Baboon Ass and yours truly, Charlie Berfield.
And if you ever want to check out the show or do some open mike stuff yourself, stop by! Its every Tuesday at 7PM at Siberia on the SE corner of 40th and 9th (look for the red light over the door).
