Bad boy rapper 50 Cent, or as we like to call him "fitty" (or is it "fiddy") played what’s sure to be his youngest, whitest show of the year this weekend, Multimillionaire Long Island defense contractor David H. Brooks’ daughters Bat Mitzvah.  Fitty was reportedly payed $500,000 and performed four or five songs (badly we hear) for the coming of age party. 

Brooks, who makes bullet proof vests (I wonder if Fitty will get some sort of discount now) rented out two floors of the posh Rainbow Room in Manhattan for what turned into Mitzvahpalooza.

But just because it’s a Bat Mitzvah, doesn’t mean Fitty and his posse are going to take any shit from any snobby little kids who were trying to take pictures with their brand new digital cameras (part of their $1,000 gift bags that included the new video iPods.)

Fitty’s beefy bodyguards blocked shots of his
boss performing and batted down the kids’ cameras, shouting "No
pictures! No pictures!" - even preventing Brooks’ personal
videographers and photographers from capturing 50 Cent’s bat-miztvah
moment.

"Fitty and his posse smelled like an open bottle of Hennessy," a
witness told me, adding that when the departing rapper prepared to
enter his limo in the loading dock, a naked woman was spotted inside.

Holla.  I wonder if that comes standard on high end cars?

Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, Don Henley, Aerosmith and Kenny G, among others, were also on the bill at Mitzvahpalooza.  Now I’m not Jewish, but after seeing that line-up, I had to double check at what age a girl is bat mitzvahed.  Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, Don Henley, Aerosmith, Kenny G and Joe Walsh?  I thought she might be turning 47.

Aerosmith took the stage at 2:58AM.  She’s turning 12 for christ’s sake (I just googled it).  Were they doing jello shots too?  The whole event including private jets for the performers reportedly cost around $10 million.  Umm, why don’t we ever get invited to Bat Mitzvahs like that?
