So for almost the entire morning we have been trying to rid our computer of nasty fucking ad-ware called The Best Offers. Apparently this gets installed when you have piece of crap file sharing program like Kazaa installed on your computer. Now admittedly, we may have, at one point had said piece of crap file sharing program on our computer but we don’t any longer.
Whenever we go to un-install The Best Offers, through add/remove programs, we get a pop-up that says that it can’t be installed until we first un-install Kazaa. Only problem is, Kazaa is un-installed and it still won’t go away.
We tried deleting directly from our program files, "access denied, cannot delete TBO.exe". What the fuck?
How do we get rid of this spawn from hell that has embedded itself into our fine piece of computery machinery?

Boot up in Safe Mode {F8} upon startup and try to uninstall the program.
Try AdAware, and Spybot or lookup Pest Patrol AntiSpyware
