Bloomberg has said that if there is a subway strike he may sleep in the Brooklyn offices of the Office of Emergency Management and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge to work.
Nothing says subway strike like a…SLEEPOVER! What about the rest of us Bloomy? Can we come stay with you so we can wake up and walk over the Brooklyn Bridge? I call dibs on the pullout!
Bloomberg prides himself on using the city’s public transportation, although I bet he’s never used it on a Saturday night when it’s four in the morning and you’re wasted, waiting an hour for a train and have to make three transfers and it takes you three hours to get home from midtown. I’m pretty sure he just takes it during peak hours when the trains actually run.
