When you’re the world’s thinnest supermodel and use a little white powder to help you maintain your lack of physique, it may seem like a great idea to film yourself snorting coke, but it’ll seem a little less fun when the video makes its way to the cops. [AP]- You may have a right to come together and protest the war, but apparenlty the NYPD has the right to go undecover, infiltrate your group and secretly videotape you to make sure you’re not one of them there terrorists. Civil rights surrender. Oh that’s right, we don’t need our civil rights anymore, we’re fighting a "new" kind of war. [NYT]

- Bush’s scientist say pollution is actually good for the environment, say it’s haze isn’t trapping greenhouse gasses, it’s slowing down the sun’s heat from getting through. That’s the answer, all we need to do is pollute more to save the environment. [NYT]
- Tony Dungy’s 18 year old son was found dead in his apartment at the University of South Florida. Police don’t suspect foul play although a cause of death hasn’t been released. This is a horrible unimaginable tragedy to deal with especially while your team is in the middle of a dream season, nearly going undefeated. Our thoughts go out to the Dungy family. [CNN]
