CNN spent about 10 minutes this morning going over the Kama Sutra worm that’s making it’s rounds and how it’s so effective because it plays on people’s desire for "smut".
They were showing some of the subject lines that would get people’s attention. The CNN guy said, "there’s even some stuff that I can’t say, but I think I can say, ‘crazy illegal sex!’."
Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus and you can say ‘crazy illegal sex’ on television. I feel like the CNN reporters are all grown up now, talking about ‘crazy illegal sex’ and all.
It’s great how CNN spent literally about 10 minutes going on about this virus and having experts say you need some sort of virus protection, make sure you have all your files backed up, blah, blah. When, in reality, it could have been a two second report that said, "DON’T FUCKING OPEN E-MAIL ATTACHMENTS FROM PEOPLE YOU DON’T KNOW. AND IF YOU AREN’T SMART ENOUGH TO FIGURE OUT WHAT AN OK FILE EXTENSION SHOULD LOOK LIKE, THEN DON’T OPEN ANY ATTACHMENTS FROM ANYONE." And, end report.
