Diet drug maker looking to make inroads with Muslim community

BAGHDAD (MGB) - Saddam Hussein and three former officials in his regime on Tuesday told the court handling their trial that they were on a hunger strike in protest of the judge overseeing the proceedings.
Following the announcement it was revealed that TrimSpa, the weight loss drug made famous be Anna Nicole Smith, would be sponsoring Hussein’s hunger strike.
In what many advertising insiders are calling the coup of the year, TrimSpa has agreed to contribute funds to the Hussein defense fund in exchange for Hussein’s endorsement of the product.
Saddam says he has not eaten anything but dietary supplements in three days, a claim TrimSpa backs, but which could not be independently confirmed. The former Iraqi dictator is being held in U.S. detention, and US officials refuse to comment on whether or not the dictator has lost any actual weight.
At Tuesday’s session Saddam got started early on the promotion as he entered the courtroom by yelling “Be envied mujahedeen!
