Rumor has it that Star Jones is more flaming than Al Reynolds at the fact that she got passed up to replace Meredith Vieira as the head chick on The View. Reports have been flying around that Barbara Walters secretly can’t stand Star and that Star is so pissed she may actually leave the show when her contract is up in September.The Daily Dish ran a list of possible new career moves for Star if she does leave The View, I just think they left out a few.
She could make a lot of money by saving movie studio millions of dollars in CGI by playing the scary villain in almost any movie.
Or, she could be the poster girl for candy companies on why some people just shouldn’t lose weight.
It’s plain that whether she stays or she goes, Star is going to have a world of opportunities ahead of her. Almost all of them, either directly or indirectly, involve scaring the hell out of little children.
Any other ideas?

First lets talk about this picture, what the HECK….does she have a mirror at her house? That outfit looks like crap, she has to be kidding wearing that. I think she went to some school of modeling and learned that stupid Cat Walk of hers and how to do that fake smile…what they forgot to teach her is that she isn’t supposed to look her guest up and down and pout when it’s not “all about her”, I’m so over her and her attitude and selfish crap. I can’t wait to see Rosie knock her lights out! I never paid a bit of attention on how her latest book did but I haven’t heard much so hopefully everyone thought what I did which was “Spare Me”, no thanks. I would rather take advice from a stranger than someone like her that just thinks she knows it all…STAR GET OVER YOURSELF. The menopausal trio of Meredith,Star & Joy drove out Lisa Ling by ignoring her, putting down her comments and giving her unfriendly looks. Star what comes goes around comes around because a stronger, more famous and wittier woman is coming in and you can’t take the heat. What Star Jones did on the View just goes to show how much she thinks of herself. She blind sides Barbara Walters? Get a clue Star, Barbara has been and always will be bigger and more respected in the industry then you will ever see. She just takes over the show to tell her sad story with no warning to Barbara. Yall are sooo bad!LOL!! I really admired Star awhile ago(as a strong Black and sucessful women);when she seemed to be more “down-to-earth” (plus she is a AKA as I am). But every since started to plan that wedding and married that “DIVO”, She started to get on my nerves, she really comes off very self-centered and phoney…plus she needs to stp trying to show clevage (you don’t look that good Star). As a Christian myslef, I’m not going to diss her (trust me your comments on this blog have been very funny and some of you have been truthful about her arrogance) I think Starr needed to be “humbled”, because she really has got a bad rep from being a B#@$%, (which a’int cool). Hopefully we’ll see a more low key and less arrogant Star in the future.

My main complaint with Star was the way she totally DISSED very funny comedienne Kathy Griffin. She actually MOVED AWAY from Kathy on the couch when she was a guest on the show! I know Kathy has a mean wit and disses alot of celebrities but Star treated her like a pedophile or something!!! Barbara also wasn’t happy with Kathy, but NOBODY and I mean NOBODY does to Barbara Walters what Star Jones did by announcing her leaving without discussing it with her first!!! I quit watching for a while because of Star’s attitude but then I started watching again, just to see her bad behavior as it worsened from week to week. Now with her gone for sure and Rosie coming in, I will definitely watch. As for who should replace Star–let’s hear it for Whoopi Goldberg!

Star’s boobs shoukd have filled the shirt she has on in this picture and it seems too big. I never really watched the view, but I have seen Star throughout her weight losing experience and she needs to go ask the doctor for her fat back and he can still keep the money she padi to have it removed. I guess when they say God doesn’t like ugly they should be more specific meaning “doing bad things” because if that was the case why did he excuse her? Imagine if she didn’t have the flowers going down the middle of that outfit she would look like a dressed up crackhead. She looks like she’s sickly, battling some type of disease. Bob, great comment and a great way to show how small your brain is. Why would Barbara need to lick any part of Star. Star was no one before the View and is less now. Star tried to biatch slap Barbara, and Barbara bitch slapped back. No matter what you thing of Walters, she is more respected in the industry then Star Jones could ever dream of being. She last one year on the E CHANNEL. She has been free to get a job for 2 months and NO OFFERS. Looks like Star Jones may have to start wearing Payless Shoes.

I don’t think Star will be umemployed at all; Oprah has already said that she is going to “look out for Star.” So we’ll be seeing her in another ventue sooner than you think.
Having said that, I can say I used to like Rosie too (until she went off on “Mangum PI”) and cussed him out on the show. That was a major turn off too..As an educator, I agree guns in the the home are a serious problem, However, the way she talked to Tom Selek that day (on the Rosie O’Donnel show)was very unprofessional. It’s best that Star left (true) because I can see Star and her getting inot a brawl right there on the set!
