Jessica! You got some ’splaining to do. I guess the competition to be the ditziest blonde in Hollywood was too stiff for Jessica so she decided to give Lucille Ball a run for her money. In her defense though, I did look at these pictures for about 15 minutes before I even realized she had a different hair color.
We’re wondering if this has anything to do with the reports last week that Jessica was pissed off at Ashlee for trying to look like her.
