The subway perv who had his picture snapped by a cell phone in March has apparently struck again. And again, the quick thinking victim put her cell phone to good use and snapped a pic of the perv. Both incidents (that were caught on film) took place on the 7 train.
This time the flasher was caught in the act by his 22-year-old female victim. His last victim, or at least the last one we know about, was 15-years-old.
The NYPD released these two images and are asking for people’s help to identify the subway perv. If you know who this guy is you can call in an anonymous tip at (800) 577-TIPS.
