Pam Anderson poses for OK Magazine sans airbrushing. Does anyone know what the hell that thing on her shoulder is? Is it just a birthmark or is she starting to literally fall apart. While I respect her for not getting airbrushed into looking like a cartoon, I also feel like if the flash went off to close to her she might melt.
