A woman bicycling along Rockaway Parkway last night was struck last night when by a dump truck. Police say that the dump truck and the victim were both southbound on Rockaway Parkway when the truck, apparently not seeing the bicyclist made a turn onto Ave. D, striking the woman.
The woman, identified as Donna Goodson, 41, of Brooklyn was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital shortly after the accident at 10 p.m. Police say no charges have been filed.
