The NYPD has joined camera phones in the hunt for subway pervs.
The ongoing crackdown is in response to increased complaints by female straphangers of harassment by the underground exhibitionists and other weirdos, NYPD Transit Bureau Chief James Hall said.
Over a 36-hour period in late May, 13 people were arrested in the sting and charged with crimes that included sexual abuse, forcible touching and public lewdness.
