The NYC bouncer who opened fire outside of Opus 22 last may has been indicted in three more deaths according to police officials.
Shortly after he was arrested in May, Stephen Sakai confessed to killing three more people in Brooklyn although at the time detectives weren’t sure if he was telling the truth or just “wacky”. At the time there were reports that detectives, in a CSI like stunt, lifted Sakai’s DNA off of a cup he used while being interrogated which ended up linking him to the three other murders.
At his arraignment yesterday in the Opus 22 shootings, Sakai plead not guilty to charges of second-degree murder, attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
