UPDATE: All trains are back up and running on schedule.

From WNBC:

Service on the No. 3 subway line was suspended along the entire line, and service was suspended on the No. 1 line between 137th Street and South Ferry in both directions on Tuesday due to signal problems at Times Square.

No. 2 trains were running on the No. 5 line in from 149th Street/Grand Concourse in the Bronx to Nevins Street in Brooklyn.

    This was a disaster. Nothing was running at 72nd or 79th and the T workers told us to catch the B at 72nd, but the B train was stopped on the tracks so that line was shut down too.
