Taking the helm at the Energy Dept. is Captain Obvious.
The New York City area is one of the regions singled out in a report as needing new power lines to relieve congestion on the regional power grid.
The report also singled out Southern California as an area of concern. So the two places that have rolling blackouts/brownouts, underground fires and exploding manhole covers are two of the places that have a congested power grid? You don’t say.
