Hasn’t Tokyo Seen Enough Devastation from Oversized Monsters?
Tokyo officials relented and allowed the oversized posters of a partially nude Britney Spears to be displayed in the Tokyo subway after initial protests that the mature content might be “too stimulating” for Japanese youth.
Takuro Shimizu, 78, travelled in from a Tokyo suburb especially to take photos of the posters. “I think it’s good for the low birth rate problem”, he said. “It’s not so exciting for me since I’m old”, he smiled.
My guess would be that it will send low birth rate numbers through the roof. Unless the Japanese have some sort of penchant for white trash hillbillies that we didn’t know about.
