In what may be the dumbest lawsuit ever, ok second dumbest, Fraser Ross, the owner of the trendy Hollywood clothing store Kitson is suing Us Weekly for not mentioning his store in their magazine.
As an example, the suit cited the magazine’s cropping of a picture in such a way that its blue shopping bags, “generally known to readers, did not display the name Kitson on it.”
Not long ago, Us Weekly gushed that Kitson was “L.A.’s hippest hot spot.”
But now, according to the lawsuit, the magazine refuses to mention the store. Evangeline Lilly, one of the stars of the ABC show “Lost,” was pictured in the magazine attending a private Kitson launch party. But the suit says Kitson was never mentioned.
At least they’ve been mentioned in Us Weekly, stop being such a whiny bitch. Metadish has never once been mentioned in the pages of Us Weekly. Imagine the monster lawsuit we have on our hands.
Mark my words Us Weekly. If Metadish does not appear somewhere in the pages of your next issue you will reap our whirlwind of litigiousness. Reap it!
