Brooklyn rapper Fabolous was shot in the Flatiron district this morning after a fight spilled out from Justin’s Restaurant, owned by Sean (P-Diddy) Combs. The 28-year-old is in stable condition after being shot in the right thigh.
Police say the shooting took place in a parking lot outside the restaurant. Fabolous was hit by gunfire at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 21st Street. After being shot Fabolous and the three men he was with jumped into their vehicle and sped off, running red lights which attracted the attention of the cops (apparently the gunfire didn’t).
After being pulled over cops found a 9mm and a .40 caliber handgun, both unlicensed. All four men in the vehicle were arrested. Fabolous is in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.
