Emergency workers that were sickened by World Trade Center dust were given the green light yesterday to go ahead with their suits against the city and about 150 private contractors.
The judge did block the workers from suing ConEd and developer Larry Silverstein saying that they did not have legal control over the work site and weren’t liable for damages.
