The scratching and hair pulling between the Post and the News has steadily intensified since Monday when the Post ran a front page story claiming circulation dominance over the News.
Yesterday the News struck back boasting that they are in fact kicking ass where it counts, in New York. Which brought the catfight to a boil and illicited this response from the Post’s EIC in a NYT interview.
“The gall,” responded Col Allan, The Post’s editor in chief, in an interview yesterday. He described his counterpart at The News, Martin Dunn, as a “limp-wristed fellow” who “whines like a schoolyard bully that has just gotten thrashed.”
Did Col Allen just call Martin Dunn a faggy bully? Oooh, wait until Col Allen hears what Martin Dunn said about his momma. This is about to get good.
