While we have a tendency to dig most graffiti and consider a lot of it art, hardly anything gets on our nerves as much as scratchiti covering the windows of the subway.
Can’t the MTA buy giant pieces of the clear film we have on our Blackberry and Ipod that are impossibe to scratch? Come on MTA, get with the program.
