The world just won’t seem right without Nicole Richie. Even if it is only five days.
She may be brought up on a DUI charge, which she received after she was caught driving the wrong way on the freeway. She admitted to taking vicodin for her cramps and smoking pot to get stoned. Since she is a repeat offender in California, there is a chance that this arrest will result in jail time.
Just because she may go to jail, though, doesn’t mean she can’t party with the best of them. She was caught, just days after her arrest, entering a club with Paris Hilton. She may be down, but she definitely is not out.
