The Humane Society of the United States discovered that the fashion label, Sean John’s, ‘faux fur jacket’ is made from raccoon fur. Why would anyone lie about a real fur coat being fake? Doesn’t it cost more to make a coat out of animals rather than synthetic material?
The HSUS is currently testing the fur to determine whether it was made from a breed of Chinese dog known as the raccoon dog. Macy’s, due to their strict “no dog or cat fur” policy, will be forced to remove the product if the test pops positive.
