It’s kind of absurd how freakishly warm it is today. 60 degrees! What is this, heaven?
It does seem too good to be true, terrifying or just getting old (pick whichever opinion you want).
Regardless of what everyone thinks about it, no one can get used to the idea that winter just may not come (Oh great. I really messed it up for everyone, now. Within five minutes, the temperature will drop to bellow zero, a 20 day blizzard will start and all of our eyeballs will freeze open. Crap!). We all leave our apartments with huge down jackets that we are forced to carry around for the rest of the day because we do not want to be duped. We all would look like real jackasses in our sweatshirts and tank tops if the temperature did drop unexpectedly.
What’s most exciting about these new developments is that, finally, that we can justify the eight hours a day we devote to discussions on the weather. Saying, “It’s so damn hot/cold today” was getting old. Now, as we walk down the street, we hear enthusiastic conversations peppered with the phrases, “what happened?,” “this is weird/crazy” and “I am scared” all while everyone points at their bare arms.
Thank God, or global warming, that we have a new topic to run into the ground in a vain attempt to deny the fact that we really do not have that much to say to each other.

Whatever El Douche, it is global warming AND El Nino. It’s time to move past denial and into acceptance because fucked up things are happening.
Also, that’s funny that you would call her an ignorant shit. Aren’t you the one who is ignoring the damage we have done to the earths atmosphere?
