But not really because she claims she was not constantly drunk during last season’s American Idol.
She told Entertainment Weekly, “Last year, when no one understood what I was saying, and even though I’ve never been drunk in my life, I’m accused of filling my Coca-Cola cup with alcohol. Yeah, that was really fun for me.”
We usually like to use the “I was drunK” for just about every mistake ever (i.e. ‘I was so drunk when I wrote the last post’ or ‘I can’t even remember how many drinks when I wrote that last sentence.”). So why does Paula Abdul think she is better than us? Now, since denying she was inebriated, everyone just thinks she is really weird. Besides, we would not limit our suspicions of her drunkeness to the past year; we think this has been going on since “Opposites Attract.”
