Why would someone who had a car want to run down the stairs, miss her train, transfer three times, feel someone grope her ass and run up three flights up the stairs all so she can be fifteen minutes late for work?
Do not worry UN Diplomats, we would not want to do that either. Even if it did mean we would be clearing up the congestion around the UN building.
