We never would have thought it possible, but K-Fed has a conscience. Or, maybe, he wants in on some of the post-shaving-of-the-head publicity. Regardless of the reason, he has made a pointed effort to gain custody of Jayden and Sean Preston.
TMZ has learned that Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears.
A court spokesperson says only K-Fed and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds “anything is possible.”
Although she may kind of look like a soccer mom in these photos, we think that there are too many other images lying around that prove she is having a mental breakdown. It follows, then, that the courts will award him custody because he is the lesser of two evils. He might smoke copious amounts of pot and be a bit of a prick, but at least he is honest about it.
