Last Sunday, Joel Madden hit two members of the paparazzi while he and Nicole Richie made their way to his car. One of the photographers is now suing him.
TMZ reported:
According to police sources, the woman claimed Madden struck her on the left breast “with the heel of his hand” as the rocker tried to escort his girlfriend, Nicole Richie, out of the back door of Mr. Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills. The photographer told TMZ that she has a welt to prove it, and had to see a doctor for treatment.
Madden can be seen throwing a forceful, open-handed stiff-arm into the chest of another paparazzo, moments after the alleged incident.
It’s probably not a good idea to attack the paparazzi because, obviously, the first thought in their head is going to be, ‘how much money and fame can I attain for being hit by a celebrity?” Hell, I guess that’s not even a thought particular to the paparazzi. Pretty much, everyone in the world is ever thinking about all the time is how they are going to get money off of famous people.
Joel Madden should just realize that everyone is out to get him. Oh, he also needs to understand that it really hurts a lot of be hit in the boob with the heel of a hand.
