HopStop just launched an updated version of its website that gives incredible transit directions for getting anywhere in New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and D.C. There have been other contenders out there but this is by far the best solution we’ve seen. It pretty seamlessly navigates you through subways and buses to wherever you want to go.
Cool features: You can either type in your start/end address or just point to a location on the map. You can also choose how you want to get there. Subway only, subway+bus, bus only or walking only. HopStop seems like the real deal solution for getting where you need to go.
