Starting tomorrow between 12noon ET/ 9am PT on Friday, May 18th and 12noonET /9am PT on Saturday, May 19th if Metadish does not receive one million hits to our website I will personally see to it that I will not visit HumanGiant.mtv.com. My decision to abstain from Human Giant’s website will create the astronomically minute chance that they will only receive 999,999 visits thus completely ruining any chance of Human Giant being renewed for a second season.

What’s this all about? This is about a certain email I received practically begging me to personally save Human Giant from being a one season wonder.

Human Giant wants you to watch the best show that you’re not watching. MTV is giving Human Giant 24 hours to earn a second season – and they need to get a million hits on their site to do it. The trick is, the execs are turning over MTV and MTV2 to the cast – so they get to do whatever they want, on-air, for an entire day. It’s going to be the most kickass telethon ever …. without all the sick kids.

Human Giant needs a million hits on HumanGiant.mtv.com between 12noon ET/ 9am PT on Friday, May 18th and 12noonET /9am PT on Saturday, May 19th – ending with the Human Giant season finale at 11:30am ET/8:30am PT. To show their support, fans can text, email, send photos, watch videos and pretty much do anything Human Giant demands on HumanGiant.mtv.com. So get off your asses and make your voices heard!

Nice try MTV, but it’s not going to be that easy. Here are my demands. If I do not receive one million hits between now and noon on Saturday I WILL NOT visit HumanGiant.mtv.com thus thwarting your attempt to reach one million hits and scoring Human Giant a second season.

You will rue the day you dared me to visit your site Human Giant. Rue it!
