Santa Monica Police department just held a press conference saying that Lindsay was chasing the mother of a personal assistant. The woman, apparently in fear for her life made it to the police parking lot and managed to call the police and tell them that she was being chased by a drunken, coked up attention whore.
Lindsay’s BAC was .12-.13. The legal limit is .08.
According the Sheriff’s office Lindsay has been released on a $25,000 bond. What a nutjob.
