While black kids may be being held down by the man, Lindsay Lohan is apparently being held down by “the black kid“.  Lindsay told cops before failing her field sobriety test and being caught with cocaine in her “borrowed” jeans, “I wasn’t driving. The black kid was driving.”

I wonder if the black kid loaned her the jeans with the pocket full of coke too?

You see apparently what happened was that Lindsay and her assistant got into a fight at a party and the assistant quit which enraged a drunken, coked up Lohan who stole an SUV to chase down the uppity assistant who had the nerve to quit on her.  While the two guys who were in the SUV when Lindsay grabbed the keys and took it were trying to stop her she kept saying, “I can’t get in trouble, I’m a celebrity.”

Here’s a transcript of the 911 call made by the woman Lindsay was chasing.  Apparently she’s as dumb as Lindsay because it’s way into the audio before you actually hear her realize it’s Lindsay who is chasing her and not some “gentleman”.   You can hear the 911 call in its entirety here.

Caller: Right now we’re on Arizona… Oh my God, are they following us? OK, right now we’re on Santa Monica… We’re driving to the police station right now… We’re at 4th and Broadway. We were just coming home… and all of a sudden he came down a side street… We’re driving to the police station… sir, please? The gentleman came out of his car. [inaudible] AAAAHHH, Oh my God! What is he doing? Oh my God, oh my God… Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! (Screaming…police sirens in background).

I hope she gets a year in prison just for how stupid and convoluted this fucking story is.
