So far I’ve had at least four different technicians out, three replacement DVR’s and countless hours on the phone with Time Warner’s “help” desk. I pay a lot for premium monthly cable and I would say about half the time this is the quality of TV I get. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s a show I DVR or if it’s live.
I’m seriously considering switching to DirectTV but I prefer DVR to TiVO, but I honestly don’t know how much more of this I can stand. Plus I have internet through Time Warner so changing that would be a pain too.
