If you’re not familiar with Jimmy Justice he’s a Queens resident that goes around with a video camera and records traffic cops breaking the law. Apparently this guy got one too many tickets in his life and was tired of the hypocrisy of the ticket monkeys doing whatever the hell they want whenever they want.
