Alec Baldwin was photographed Wednesday yelling at an NYPD cop who refused to let him cross police tape that was cordoning off the area of the Cory Lidle plane crash.

It seems that encounter put Alec in a bad mood because a few hours later at the Grand Havana Room Baldwin loudly asked the hostess for a working telephone. Apparently answering Alec in Spanish really sets him off.

Alex responded with, “I asked you a question in English and I would like an answer in English. Do you have a working phone in that room? . . . That is outrageous. That is totally unacceptable.”

It’s obvious from his high level of tension that Alec still isn’t getting any since he and Kim Basinger split.
