In February 2005, Mario Vasquez, American Idol Finalist, dropped out of the race because he allegedly masturbated in front of Magdaleno Olmos, the assistant account for the company that produces Idol.
Olmos was, apparently, not that into it and is now suing Vasquez for sexual harassment.
