BREAKING: Anna Nicole Smith Dies in Hard Rock Hotel in Florida

Earlier this afternoon, Anna Nicole Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Seminole Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. Attempts were made to revive her. She was brought to the hospital at 2:00, but was declared dead at 3:45. Cause of death is, as of now, unknown.

From the Garden State to the Rainbow State. New Jersey’s top court as ruled that gay couples in the state have the same rights as heterosexual couples. The court will leave it up to politicians to decide whether they will honor same-sex marriage or civil unions.
