All of our initial talk and mocking of the great blizzard and now we’ve been forced to eat our own words. According to the National Weather Service, Central Park recorded 26.9" of snow. That’s the most ever snowfall recorded in NYC since they started keeping records in 1869.

D’oh. Fox 5 just flashed a new blizzard warning across the screen. Saying that NYC and parts of Northern New Jersey can expect more than a foot of snow starting late tonight and into tomorrow afternoon.
